1. Introduction

SilaiPro ("we", "our", or "us") is a tailoring management application developed and operated by Invincible Technology, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the SilaiPro mobile application and related services.

By using SilaiPro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Tailor Account Information

Full name and email address (provided via Google Sign-In)
Phone number (optional)
Shop name and shop address (optional)
App language preference (Urdu or English)
Default order price setting

Customer Data You Enter

This is data about your customers that you enter into the app. You are responsible for obtaining your customers' consent to store their information.

Customer name, phone number, and gender
Customer address and custom notes (optional)
Body measurements: shirt length, arm, shoulder, neck, hem width, shalwar length, and pancha
Garment preferences: collar type, pocket style, hem type, cuff type

Order Data

Order type, status, and delivery date
Order price and payment status (unpaid, partially paid, paid)
Order notes and completion/payment timestamps

Payment & Subscription Data

Subscription plan, billing cycle, and payment provider (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer)
Transaction ID and payment status
Sender name and phone number (for manual payment verification)
Payment receipt image (uploaded by you as proof of payment)

Device & Technical Information

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token and device platform (Android) for push notifications
Device identifier (for managing multiple devices)
Local storage data for offline functionality

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the SilaiPro app and its features
To sync your data across devices and restore it after reinstallation
To send order reminders and business notifications via push notifications
To process subscription payments and manage your plan
To provide customer support when you contact us
To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Pakistan. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit and at rest.

Paid plan users (Basic, Pro, and Lifetime) can export all their data at any time from the app's Settings → Data & Privacy section.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Offline Mode

Paid plan subscribers can use SilaiPro without an internet connection. In offline mode, all data (orders, customers, measurements) is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage. Data is automatically synced to our servers when your internet connection is restored.

6. Third-Party Services

SilaiPro uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google Sign-In — for account authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — for push notifications (Google Privacy Policy)

We only share the minimum necessary information with these services to provide the corresponding functionality.

Subscription payments are processed manually via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. These are not integrated into the app — you send payment independently and upload a receipt screenshot for verification by our team.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data via the app's profile settings
Export your data (paid plans) from Settings → Data & Privacy
Request deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account

When you delete your account, all your data — including customer records, orders, and measurements — is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

SilaiPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the app or via WhatsApp where appropriate.

Continued use of SilaiPro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
