Delete Your Account

You may request permanent deletion of your SilaiPro account and all associated personal data from our servers at any time, using any of the methods below.

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Delete from the App

The quickest method — delete your account directly from within the SilaiPro app.

  1. 1Go to Settings from the bottom navigation.
  2. 2Tap "Data & Privacy".
  3. 3Tap "Delete My Account & Data" in the Danger Zone section.
  4. 4Tap Continue, then type DELETE in the text field and confirm. Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, email us your deletion request. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account and all personal data within 7 business days and send a confirmation once complete.

Alternatively, you can send your request via WhatsApp. Email is preferred as it provides a written record of your request.

Data Deleted Upon Request

The following personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers upon account deletion. No personally identifiable information is retained.

Account & Profile

Your name, email address, phone number, and store details.

Customer Records

All customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and gender information.

Measurements

All body measurements and garment preferences stored for your customers.

Orders

All order history, statuses, prices, delivery dates, and notes.

Settings & Preferences

Your app language, default price, lead time, and all other preferences.

Subscription & Payment Records

Subscription plan details and any uploaded payment receipts.

No personally identifiable data is retained after deletion. Only anonymised, non-personal aggregate statistics (such as total active plan counts) that cannot be linked to any individual may be retained solely for internal service analytics.
